Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation message with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or message. You can track your package through USPS/UPS.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Incorrect shipping information provided
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address or method. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes—we'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Holidays
Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak holiday seasons. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
