7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a regular business day are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time are generally shipped the next business day.

Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the buyer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and, where applicable, contacting the carrier and filing claims for lost or delayed packages.

8. No Returns and Refunds

All purchases are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law or the mandatory policies of an applicable third-party platform.

Our No Returns & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, defective products, incorrect orders, missing items, and related claims.

Because our skincare products are intended for personal use, we generally do not accept returned products for health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons.
